Mark brings to APR a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Communications. His outstanding achievements began from the moment he entered his real estate career in 1986. In his first year of sales, he achieved his company highest honors in receiving the Outstanding Sales Achievement award. After four years of working for the largest real estate investment firm in the western United States, Mark and a colleague decided to start their own real estate investment firm. After four more years of success, Marks business partner had finally succumbed to a yearlong battle with cancer. The loss of his friend and business partner leads Mark to join forces with Cornish and Carey Residential, which at the time was the leader in residential real estate. After five more successful years, Mark finally joined Alain Pinel Realtors in 1998 and has never looked back.
A strong commitment to his profession and his community are in part the framework for his success. Mark is currently a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors SILVAR, the California Association of Realtors CAR, and the National Association of Realtors NAR. He is also an integral part of his community, serving as past President and Vice President of his homeowners´ association. However, at the very heart of his successful career is his personal commitment to every client, many of whom have become lifelong friends.
Mark’s communication skills allow him to represent and guide clients through the complexities of today’s real estate transactions. "The agent does make the difference!" is Mark’s belief, and he prides himself in his ability to bring a satisfactory conclusion to a variety of transactions whether his client is selling or purchasing a home.
